Mood swings are the root cause of all failed relationships. They place unsaid restrictions refraining your loved ones to interact with you. They, also, awaken people's need to be fake around you in order to keep things cool. You cringe their enthusiasm. Your drastic and enigmatic way of handling situations drive everybody away.

Still, there is nothing to worry about. With the right kind of knowledge and sincere efforts, the risk of a sudden outburst of harsh words from your mouth can be minimized.

1) GET ENOUGH SLEEP. 
Less sleep triggers the frustration inside you. Reluctantly staying awake all night jeopardizes your tomorrow. Studies have proved that less sleep increases the chances of irritation, aggression and short temper. Mental exhaustion gets a hold of you and turns you vulnerable to anxiety. Poor sleep may not be due to sleep problems, but it does cause other problems. It is necessary to take the right precautions at the right time before your lack of sleep causes mood disorder. The grumpiness of your own lack of sleep ruin other's mood. Sleep has a huge affect on our mood through out the day. The best way to prevent people from avoiding you is to get at least 8 hours of eye-shut a day and wake up with a fresh mind. 


2) DO SOME EXERCISE:
The best way to repair your stingy face is to do some lifting, squats sit ups and running. Besides creating a huge different in mood swings, exercise also maintains a healthy body. It helps circulate blood through out your body and avoids the risk of diseases.



3) DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN:
The fluids such as sodas, lemonades, drinks can not compensate the loss of water inside your body. These beverage are responsible for weight gain and fluid loss. Drinking less than 8 glasses of water a day not only changes the face of your mood, but also affects the different energy levels. The depression and tension level rises as the water intake level decreases. Hence increasing a huge chance of headache, fatigues and mood swings. Experts recommend high intake of water in all phases on life. 



4) EAT WELL:
Have a well-balanced diet and you won't have to worry about getting the mean answers out of your mouth. A healthy body makes up a healthy mind that spits out happy responses. Skipping meals and dieting in the wrong way causes body to react in a negative way.



5) AVOID SUGAR:
Sugar is addictive like many drugs. It affects our brain in similar ways due to the release of  dopa mine. It causes anxiety and depression. A person is likely to get irritated easily if high on sugar intake. Less intake of sugar prevents our body from a number of diseases as well helps regulate mood. Avoid sugar to save relations. People who care about you deserve your care, too.


6) AVOID TOO MUCH CAFFEINE:
Caffeine is one reason why you have so many mood swings. Avoid having too much caffeine. Start drinking one cup a day only or less than you usually drink.



7) AVOID THINKING WHAT MAKES YOU SAD:

Tragedies occur all the time. The best way to emerge victorious is to not let a bad moment turn into a bad day, Fight the urge to stay depressed. Snap out of the thoughts of misery and make today count. Musing will make the future days worst. Your happiness is in your hands. Don't stick to a single chapter when you have a whole book to read. When you encounter some sadness, don't duct down on your table and try to avoid people, you might miss out on something important.
