UNDERWEIGHT OR OVERWEIGHT?

There are two types of humans on this earth. One who knows exactly where they stand. Others who have no idea what they are capable of. Both kinds suffer at some point in life and both kinds find a lot of happiness too. The former kind suffers because of knowing too much and the later one because of not knowing enough. All due to the simple fact that life is complicated.

Life is enough complicated to let you not decide what to be. There are things in life that can't be defined. That is better to be left unspoken. Like your weight. In some manner, people can't define why they are the way they are. Natural or not, the weight you have today is what you are.

Observing and interviewing many people lead us to the simple logic of change. Change what you are if you aren't cool with it. Everybody has the power to be what they want to be. Utilizing that power is up to us. In some cases, those powers hide behind our fear of trying something new. In other cases its hidden behind the abashment of being judged. It’s not easy to live life, leaving the opinion of others unheard. What's harder is to not be able to accept what you are because you were too scared to change when you had the chance. The line between grief and guilt is a thin one. Being guilty of the decision you did not take leaves you wrecked. The decision of accepting yourself.

The first step to happiness is acceptance. Accept what you are. Underweight or overweight, you are you. There is only one you in this world that can't be impersonated by anybody else. No matter in what shape or size you are, you are beautiful. Beauty is not defined by other's opinions. It's embraced by the right eyes. The first eyes to admire the beauty you hold are the ones you see daily in the mirror.

Nobody understands a person better than they understand themselves. Even if you don't like the weight you have. You are still you. Working hard to have a normal weight is going to take time. Choosing to change your weight is the favor you can do for yourself, but it would take time.

Accepting yourself is the first step to being better. Accept what you have, work on the favor you own yourself. Overweight or underweight, I don't see anybody's words affect you.
