REASONS WHY YOU CAN'T SLEEP
The best gift you can give yourself is a good night sleep after a day
of pushing yourself to your limits and handling all the pressure by yourself.

the jeopardizing of your tomorrow’s performance.
Let’s be honest, struggling all day aggressively
fighting the need for sleep can be
proved worth it just by the thought of actually getting a chance to shut your
eyes at night.
But, does it
feel good to live the moment totally opposite to your silver lining in the dark
clouds?
Studies show that deprived sleepers have a high chance of being exposed
to diseases such as heart disease, obesity, hypertension and diabetes. That is
why, our experts have gathered a number of reasons why you can’t sleep at night
and then lined up a pack of precautions you need to take.
1) MESSY BEDROOM:
Every time there’s an increment in the amount of work, your first
instinct is to bring it all inside your comfort area. Turning your bedroom into
your office is the contagious disease all workaholics are suffering from. A huge
pile of files on your desk, bed, chair and cupboard will deprive you of your
sleep. Because a messy room calls for commotions of thoughts at night, It is
also one of the reasons why people wake up in the middle of the night or suffer
from insomnia.
The best way to get rid of such habit is to clean your room.
Gather the piles of files and place them
on one side of the room only.
1 2) OVER THINKING.
The root cause of all sufferings in life has been stated above. Studies show that over thinking not just adds fuel to the fire of pain but also causes hair loss. So, if you can see a great amount of hair on your brush, it’s because you have a great amount of thoughts in your head. The obsession over a tricky assignment or an argument with the loved one keeps you awake at night.
The best solution to such a problem is to get out of the bed, strive to another part of the house and stand there for sometime. Your thoughts will stop right away
3)YOU DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH:
There are certain nights where you skip dinner in order too save time
or lose weight. You are only creating problems for your own self. Losing weight
and saving time has nothing to do with skipping dinner. A hungry stomach can keep you awake at night.
The best way to avoid late night walks to the kitchen is to
have a healthy meal three times a day. Avoid saving time during the way as that is compensated during the night.
4) YOUR ROOM IS TOO COLD OR TOO HOT:
Your body demands certain temperature of the room to go in deep sleep.
Usually an optimum room temperature does the thing, but if it’s too cold or too
hot, you are going to stay up all night changing positions. Temperature has a huge
effect on our sleep. No matter how tired you may feel, if the temperature is
not according to your body requirements, you aren’t going to make your eye-shut. Experts agree on the fact that your room temperature will affect the
time range of your snooze. Create an environment comfortable for your body and there is nothing stopping you from sweet dreaming.
5) DEPRESSION:
You experienced a recent breakup, you got a demotion, your loved one
died, or you think about little things way too much. Depression drives a person
crazy. You know you are suffering through a depression if you are awake at
night tangled in between all your thoughts. Let go of the things that drove
your happiness away. It’s hard to accept the reality, but something’s are not meant
to be in your life forever. It’s time you make peace with that and find a new
