REASONS WHY YOU CAN'T SLEEP

So, if you can see a great amount of hair on your brush, it’s because you have a great amount of thoughts in your head. The best way to avoid late night walks to the kitchen is to have a healthy meal three times a day. Avoid saving time during the way as that is compensated during the night. 



4) YOUR ROOM IS TOO COLD OR TOO HOT:

Your body demands certain temperature of the room to go in deep sleep. Usually an optimum room temperature does the thing, but if it’s too cold or too hot, you are going to stay up all night changing positions. Temperature has a huge effect on our sleep. No matter how tired you may feel, if the temperature is not according to your body requirements, you aren’t going to make your eye-shut. Experts agree on the fact that your room temperature will affect the time range of your snooze. Create an environment comfortable for your body and there is nothing stopping you from sweet dreaming.


5) DEPRESSION:

You experienced a recent breakup, you got a demotion, your loved one died, or you think about little things way too much. Depression drives a person crazy. You know you are suffering through a depression if you are awake at night tangled in between all your thoughts. Let go of the things that drove your happiness away. It’s hard to accept the reality, but something’s are not meant to be in your life forever. It’s time you make peace with that and find a new source of happiness. Only then will you be able to sleep peacefully.
